We prepare the ground for what comes next.
Good projects start with accessible ground. We cut back the overgrowth and prepare your property for the next phase.

These figures are draft bush-hogging benchmarks, not Honorable prices. All three services use the same vegetation-cutting basis; additional land preparation requires review.
Grass/weeds use a South Alabama market guide by EMCO: previously cut $75–$150/acre; neglected $150–$250/acre; $150–$350 job minimum. This is a regional proxy, not a Birmingham ratecard. Our max(acreage amount, minimum) formula combines separate published ranges as a prototype assumption.
Light non-tree brush uses the OWNR OPS Birmingham March 2026 guide: $880–$1,430/acre. Methodology, sample and minimum are unspecified, so this is a lower-confidence clearing-work allowance. Mobilization, job minimum and haul-off are not established and may change total. Brush is eligible only for lot clearing or preliminary preparation.
Checked October 3, 2026. No credible scope-matched Birmingham contractor ratecard was found. Neither source represents Will-approved pricing or a verified market average. Download draft pricing rules.
